Relationship Therapy: For all couples in all types of relationships. Will help you gain a greater understanding of your relationship, build deeper connection with your partner, manage conflict in a productive way, and restore emotional connection. Straightforward approach using research-based techniques will help you find clarity in your relationship.

Relationship Bootcamp: this is a short-term intensive therapy for couples who want to process a specific issue or an event in their lives. This is a 2-day event consisting of 4 hours per day (Duration and frequency determined during evaluation). The structure of the therapy is dependent on each couple’s needs focusing on their relationship goals. Strength-based and solution-oriented methods are used to help you rebuild your relationship.
