Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
A combination of cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness elements are used to help people understand their emotions and thoughts. MBCT helps people learn to manage and relieve feelings of distress and it is used to treat depression and anxiety.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Support-oriented, cognitive-bases, and collaborative approach to help with emotion regulation, tolerating distress, increase interpersonal response patterns, and to become more mindful. Effective in treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) as well as for treatment of anxiety and depression.

Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
Brief form of therapy that focuses on finding solutions rather than solving problems. People have existing strengths & resources, and they have problem-solving skills.

YOGA
In yoga practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation is used to promote and increase mindfulness and a sense of well-being.

Individual Therapy

For adults who are facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, anger, mood instability, stress, self-esteem issues, shame & guilt, relationship problems, divorce, and grief.

Rates:

Individual Therapy: $ 350 per session (60 mins) sliding scale available

Relationship Therapy: $ 395 per session (60 mins) sliding scale available

Payment: Cash, check, and all major credit cards

Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice required

 

Relationship Therapy

Relationship Therapy: For all couples in all types of relationships. Will help you gain a greater understanding of your relationship, build deeper connection with your partner, manage conflict in a productive way, and restore emotional connection. Straightforward approach using research-based techniques will help you find clarity in your relationship.

Relationship Bootcamp: this is a short-term intensive therapy for couples who want to process a specific issue or an event in their lives. This is a 2-day event consisting of 4 hours per day (duration and frequency determined during evaluation). The structure of the therapy is dependent on each couple’s needs focusing on their relationship goals. Strength-based and solution-oriented methods are used to help you rebuild your relationship.
